I am from No3 Middle School of Qianchuan. It’s my great honor to share my teaching ideas with you. Today I am going to talk about Section A in Unit 9 Have you ever been to a muse,uMm y presentation consists of eights parts: analysis of the teaching material, teaching keys and difficulties, teaching aims ,analysis of the students, teaching methods, studying ways, teaching procedures and teaching reflections. Part1. Analysis of the teaching material i)Status and function This unit is aiming at talking about the Perfect Tense with the patterns of Have ever been to… I’ve never been to…. The main task for ss is to talk about past experiences to some places. Even though ss have learned the present perfect tense in last unit, they may still feel hard to talk about what fun places they have ever been to and what they think of these places. Thus, enough practice will be organized to help ss learn some museums, theme parks and the present perfect tense with been, ever and never. 2 PAGE PAGE 3 ii) Teaching aims and demands Knowledge Objects In this lesson, Ss should master the new words: amuseumtpark, somewhere, camera and invention. At the same time, they sho uld know how to use this sentence “Have you ever been to …” and know how to answer it. Ability Objects In this lesson, I’ll mainly train the Ss listening and speaking abil it ies and develop the Ss’ abilities of communication by learning t he useful structures. Moral Objects By talking about the places students have been to, their love t o rivers and mountains of our nation will be greatly increased. Part2. Teaching keys and difficulties According to the teaching aims, I think the focus of this lesson i s the new expressions and help the Ss to communicate with eac h other.
