Methods Fifty patients having received permanent pacemaker implantation surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，25 cases in each control group was given health education based on the traditional conventional quality control circl was established in experimental group and was given the clinical nuing path to carry out health health knowledge awareness rates and nuing work satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The health knowledge awareness rate and nuing work satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that in control group，with statistical difference（P）. Conclusion Quality control circle application of clinical nuing path carries out health education among the patients having received permanent pacemaker implantation surgery through the PDCA cycle operation mode，which can improve the patients′health knowledge awareness rate and nuing work satisfaction.
