某生鲜超市及酒店中央空调系统设计.pdf

摘 要 本设计为广州市某生鲜超市及酒店建筑,该建筑楼上 22 层，地上五层为生鲜 超市，六至二十二层为酒店，建筑面积为 28965㎡，空调面积为 28742.3㎡，建 筑高度为 80.4m。本建筑中央空调系统设计包括空调风系统设计、空调水系统设 计，制冷机房、空调机房的平面设计。 该建筑空调冷负荷计算采用谐波反应法计算，总冷负荷 1712kW，冷指标为 2 84.86W/m 。因此，采用 2 根立管区域供水。根据综合空调系统及该建筑客房的 使用特点，全部客房均采用风机盘管加新风系统的方案，每层布置一台新风机为 空调区域送新风，每个空调房间的新风不接入风机盘管送风管，单独布置新风口。 空调冷冻水系统采用闭式异程单式泵定流量系统，闭式系统采用膨胀水箱定压， 用 7 （6 用 1备）台DFG80-160B/2/4 型立式管道离心泵并联运行为冷冻水循环提 供动力。空调系统冷水机组采用 3 台 （2 用 1备）LSBLGRW350 风冷热泵螺杆 式冷水机组，新风机组采用 FP 系列水平吊顶式空气处理机组，都安装在楼机房 内。 关键字：中央空调系统；风机盘管加独立新风系统；风冷热泵：冷水机组 Abstract The design for the Guangzhou supermarkets and a hotel building, the 22-storey building upstairs, five on the ground as supermarkets, six to twenty second floor of thehotel,thebuilding area of28965㎡,air-conditioned area28742.3㎡,Construction height of 80.4m.The building includes a central air conditioning system design graphic design air conditioning duct system design, air conditioning water system design,refrigeration room,air-conditionedroom.
