盐城工学院本科生毕业论文( 2012) 盐城工学院本科生毕业论文( 2012) 毕业论文 自动电梯的PLC控制设计 专业 电气工程及其自动化 学生姓名 班级 学号 指导教师 完成日期 自动电梯的PLC控制设计 摘 要：目前市场上常见的电梯控制系统主要有三种控制方式：继电器控制系统、PLC控制系统、微机控制系统。其中这三种方式中，就属PLC控制系统由于运行可靠性高，抗干扰性强，故障率低，使用和维修维护方便，设计和调试周期较短等优点，已成为目前在电梯控制系统中使用最多的控制方式之一，对于它的研究也越来越受到人们的关注和重视。 这篇文章在阐述电梯的结构和可编程控制器的结构和工作原理的基础上，针对5层电梯，使用三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器，设计了电梯的控制系统，包括电梯轿厢内呼指令和电梯轿厢外呼信号的登记与消除、电梯的选层和定向、电梯的开关门运行、电梯上下行控制、电梯的指层控制等部分，实现了轿内与各层呼梯指令的记录、电梯运行方向和选层的控制，电梯上下行和自动开关门、电梯的指层控制等功能。同时也使用了北京亚控科技公司的组态王6.53上位机监控软件，对5层电梯进行仿真监控和实时控制，在组态王的监控界面上可以实时的观测到电梯的运动情况，还可以在组态王界面上对电梯的运行进行操作和状态显示。 关键词：电梯；PLC；组态王；上位机  Automatic elevator PLC control design Abstract: Common market, the elevator control system has three control modes: relay control system, PLC control systems, computer control system.
