Unit4 Then and now A let’s talk let’s try 教材分析 一、教学内容 本课时内容是谈论学校的今昔变化。通过吴一凡和爷爷参观学校的情境引出 there be 句型的过去式用法。 二、教材分析 Let’s try 部分听力练习使学生初步感知 there be 句型的过去式形式，以及体会吴彬彬爷爷学校的样貌。在 let’s talk 部分，通过学习 there be 句型过去式功能句，让学生学会介绍描述学校过去的情况，让学生充分的讨论交流，提升学生综合语言能力。 三、教学目标 1.知识能力目标： （1）let’s talk：学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意，并能回答问题；能够用正确的语音语调朗读对话，并进行角色扮演；能都听说读写并在情景中运用句型 there be 句型，用 3-5 句话描述某个地方的过去和现在；能够理解one day ， look it up， in my time，Internet 的意义和用法，并能正确发音；了解人类首次登月的信息。 （2）let’s try：能够听懂题目要求，学会听前预测重点内容；能够运用基本听力技巧完成听后题。 2.情感态度目标： 学生通过体会学校的今昔变化，感受自己现在的幸福生活；并且即将离校之际，学生不免伤感不舍，激励学生怀念母校，展望未来，激励学生继续积极前进。 四、教学重点及难点 1.教学重点： 本课的核心句型是 there was..../there were.... 2.教学难点： There be 句型的现在时表达法和过去时表达法。 教学过程： Step1 Greeting Step2 Warm-up Step3 New presentation 1.Sing a song 2.Describe the room用句型there is / are ...描述方间的陈设，复习there be 句型。 3.five years ago， the room was old and simple. 引导学生用there was/ were...描述旧房间的陈设，体会今昔变化。 4.听力活动Let’s try请学生听前预测，猜想Wu Binbin的学校变化大不大 T: Who is visiting the school ? Wu Binbin and grandpa are in the same school at different times. Is the school different from before? Could grandpa use computers? 5.对话活动 Let’s talk 6.Activity 1- listen and choose the right picture T: What’s grandpa’s old school like ? I have 2 pictures to choose, please listen and choose. Picture1 there was no library in the school. And there was only a small building on the hill. (教读hill) 7.Activity 2- find the sentences T: We all know that there was no library and computers in grandpa’s old school . can you find more sentences of the old school? 学生打开课本，浏览对话，找到描述吴一凡爷爷学校的句子。老师引导学生发现规律，板书并讲解there be 句型的现在式和过去式。 8.Activity 3- listen and imitate学生跟读视频文本，并且注意语音语调。 9.了解人类首次登月的信息。 Step4 practice 10. Activity 4- pair work同桌选择角色，表演对话 11. Activity5-design your school学生小组内完成对旧学校的不同，并介绍自己学校的变化， there was/were.....there is/are.....
