PAGE 题 目 超短波双频可调带通滤波器研究 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 摘 要 伴随着无线通信系统的飞速发展，滤波器已经成为了必不可少的器件之一，急需功能更加多样化的滤波器以顺应这种发展。双频可调带通滤波器因其不仅能同时允许多个频率通过，而且其中心频率可以在一定范围内可调而受到广泛的关注。 本文首先对滤波器的基础知识做出了详尽论述。其中包括滤波器的分类，低通滤波器原型，两中常用的低通滤波原型，网络理论，衡量滤波器的主要参数，微带线的理论与结构等。 本文随后针对环形谐振器的性能以及特点做出了详细的剖析，着重探讨了其构成超短波双频可调带通滤波器的可行性。 本文最后以环形谐振器为基础单元进行了超短波双频可调带通滤波器的设计，该滤波器由五阶开路端加载可调电容的环形谐振器组成。文章设计出的滤波器的中心频率可于的领域内进行自由调节，并且其矩形系数低于2.5，插入损耗低于5，通带回波损耗低于-14，完全符合我们针对滤波器的设计要求。 在设计滤波器的过程中，我们借助了AWR软件，Sonnet软件对滤波器的性能进行仿真及分析，并在此基础上对上一步得出的滤波器参数优化，极大地提升了其质量以及效率，降低了设计的时间以及材料成本。 关键词：双频可调带通滤波器；环形谐振器；微带线；AWR；Sonnet ABSTRACT With the high development of wireless communication, filters have become more and more important. And filters should have a various function in order to adapt to this development. Dual bandpass filter with two tunable bands not only can let more than one frequency pass the filter, but also can tune it’s center frequencies independently. Firstly, we introduce the basic principle and characteristics of traditional filters, which include classify of filter, prototype of lowpass filters, two common frequently used lowpass filters, network theory, main parameters of filter which are used to judge the filters and structure and theory of microstrip line. Secondly, we analyzed the characteristics of loop resonators and the feasibility of it to compose the dual bandpass filter with two tunable bands. Finally, we designed dual bandpass filter with two tunable bands based on loop resonators. This filter is composed by five loop resonators with tunable varactors which are added at the open end of the resonators. The center frequency of the filter can be tuned from 330MHz to 400MHz, and it’s rectangle coefficient is less than 2.5. Furthermore, the insertion loss is less than 5dB and the return loss is 14dB.
