服务为导向的产品设计研究 —智能家居中的智能产品 培 养 单 位 ： 工程领域 ： 申 请 人 ： 指导教师 ： 年 月 服务为导向的产品设计研究 ｜ 智能家居中的智能产品 PAGE I Innovation Design Study of Service Oriented Product Design- Smart Product in Smart Home 摘要 PAGE III 摘要 PAGE I 摘 要 产品设计走到今天已经有近百年的历史，在这个过程中经历了很多的设计运动，其目的都是为了改变产品设计中存在的一些问题，让产品设计向着更良性的方向发展。目前我国的很多制造型企业面临着巨大竞争的压力，因为很多企业只会复制别人的产品，没有自己的核心竞争力。如今消费者不仅重视产品设计的本身，更重视服务能够给自己带来的效益。国际很多知名企业都纷纷从制造型企业向服务型企业转型，其根本原因就是因为服务能够为用户创造更多的价值，提升企业的竞争力。那么如何才能将自己的产品和服务相结合，设计出完整的产品服务系统，对我国企业来讲将是非常有价值的研究课题。 本文研究的内容即为以服务为导向的产品设计研究，主要研究服务设计的相关理论及应用；服务设计和产品设计的区别和联系；如何将服务设计和产品设计相结合，设计出具有高服务价值的产品。本文通过对部分一线城市的中产阶级的家庭生活需求调研，对未来3-5年家庭物品管理服务系统的设计概念提出构想。未来大多数商品上都会贴有或内嵌RFID标签，标签内存有与物品相关的信息。通过该系统可以方便将家庭中的物品信息进行扫描并保存，并通过智能信息查询终端实现对家庭物品信息的查询、管理和家庭物品的定位，方便了家庭物品的管理，为家庭生活带来了便利。 设计过程中运用服务设计和产品设计的方法，尝试探索一种以服务为导向的产品设计模式。在服务为导向的产品设计过程中，一切以用户为中心，跳出了以实体产品为中心的设计理念，设计的内容涉及产品、过程、服务、环境等诸多因素，更重视产品对于人的价值、文化等因素。通过对这些因素的分析，设计出一套产品服务系统，整个服务系统中既包括有形的产品，又包括无形的过程、行为、服务。当确立了服务系统后，再进行服务体系中的产品设计，服务体系中的产品设计需要考虑到整个服务系统中的其他因素，需要考虑更多的利益相关人，需要考虑整个服务提供的全过程。服务导向的产品设计和传统的产品设计有着紧密的联系，同时又具有自身的特点，将产品和服务相结合扩大了产品设计的视野。 关键词：服务设计；产品设计；服务导向的产品设计；智能家居 Abstract Abstract Abstract The history of product design is nearly one hundred years,there are lots of design movement in product design history ,the purpose of these movement is to change the problems that exist in the product design.Nowadays,China’s manufacturing enterprises face enormous competitive pressures,the main reason is because that they do not have its own core competitiveness.Today, consumers not only pay attention to the the physical product but also pay attention to the benefits that the service can offering .Many well-known international companies have change from manufacturing enterprises to service-oriented enterprises,the fundamental reason is because that services can create more value for users, it can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
