地方政府房地产市场监管的问题及对策研究 以贵阳市为例 摘 要 在地方政府的四大职能中，市场监管对保证房地产市场的持续、稳定发展起到相当强的作用，市场监管是否能够有效的实行，是推动地方经济能否正常发展的重要指标之一。由于房地产行业的特殊性，同时也与很多行业有着密切的联系，因此房地产行业的发展，对地方政府财政收入的增加起到一定的推动作用。在目前我国发展房地产行业的过程中，受到各地区政策和环境等因素的影响，使得房地产行业出现的问题也越来越多，因此地方政府对当地的房地产行业的发展采取市场监管是非常有必要的一种手段。本文以贵阳市政府在面对当地的房地产行业发展过程中存在的问题，从当地政府需要采取什么样的市场监管手段保证当地房地产的发展，从而保证贵阳市人民的利益，在结合相关资料的情况下，对目前贵阳市房地产行业发展中的问题进行实地研究分析，对贵阳市房地产行业发展的现状进行分析，找出阻碍贵阳市房地产行业发展的问题和原因，针对这些原因，结合贵阳市房地产行业发展的现状，对贵阳市房地产进行市场监管提出几点建议，希望可以对提高贵阳市房地产行业的发展起到一定的帮助作用，使得贵阳市的市场经济得到一定的发展。 【关键词】地方政府；市场监管；保障性住房；房屋租赁 Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Local Governments Real Estate Market Supervision Take Guiyang City as an example Abstract Among the four functions of the local government, market supervision plays a very strong role in ensuring the sustainable and stable development of the real estate market.
