Study on the Problem of Employee Turnover in the Retail Trade of Community Fresh Food and Its Countermeasures
——A Case Study of Guangzhou Qiandama Agricultural Products Co., Ltd
Abstract:With the rapid development of economic globalization, it is the primary task for enterprises to stand out from the fierce competition, attract and retain talents, and reduce employee turnover.
This paper uses relevant research methods to study the problem of employee turnover in the community fresh retail industry by taking Guangzhou Qiandama Agricultural Products Co., Ltd as the research object.This paper analyzes the causes of employee turnover from three aspects: the social environment, the companys internal and the employees individual,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of employee turnover.The first is to cope with the loss of social environmental causes of countermeasures: improve the competitive strength, innovation of working methods; Second, the countermeasures to deal with the loss of internal causes of the company: improve the personnel recruitment mechanism, pay attention to the training of employees, optimize the compensation and welfare system, pay attention to the construction of corporate culture, establish and improve the incentive mechanism; Finally, the countermeasures to cope with the loss of personal reasons: to reduce the intensity of employees work, to create a relaxed working atmosphere, and to optimize the channels for employees promotion.
