数字货币对银行体系的影响研究 摘要：数字货币是新时代信息科技革命的产物，受到了人们广泛的关注。但由于数字货币技术在我国的发展尚未成熟。因此为了数字货币能在我国推广发行的顺利，就必须要对其进行深入的研究。本文从数字货币的相关背景入手，从信息技术、法律规范、数字货币流通和宏观调控四个方面分析了我国发行法定数字货币所会面临的问题。然后是从对商业银行零售业务模式产生的影响、对银行现有账户体系和支付结算体系的影响、对法定数字货币为提高跨境结算效率提供新的思路、有助于商业银行开展反洗钱工作等几方面对银行体系的影响机理展开分析。最后从持续加大信息技术研发力度、推进法定数字货币金融制度建设、推动法定数字货币流通环境建设以及加强商业银行间的协作，发挥规模优势四个方面提出了有利于数字货币发展的应对策略。希望本文可对法定数字货币的发行流通等方面的问题提供一定的帮助，从而推动数字货币的发展。 关键词：数字货币；法定数字货币；银行体系；影响：对策 The impact of digital currency on banking system Abstract：Digital currency is the production of the information technology revolution in the new era, which makes people pay more attention to it. But digital currency technology in China is still developing. Therefore, in order to promote the issuance of digital currency in China, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research. Starting from the background of digital currency, this paper analyzes the problems of issuing legal digital currency in China from four aspects: information technology, legal norms, digital currency circulation and macroeconomic regulation. Then it analyzes the impact mechanism of the banking system from the aspects of the impact on the retail business model of commercial banks, the impact on the existing account system and payment settlement system of banks, the legal digital currency provides new ideas for improving the efficiency of cross-border settlement, and helps commercial banks to carry out anti-money laundering work. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of digital currency from four aspects: continuously increasing the research and development of information technology, promoting the construction of the legal digital currency financial system, promoting the construction of the legal digital currency circulation environment and strengthening the cooperation among commercial banks.
