PAGE / NUMPAGES 中国矿业大学银川学院 201 2届本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 运用方法研究优化工厂物流系统的设计 所 在 系 机电动力与信息工程系 专业班级 工业工程一班 姓 名 指导教师 教务处制 摘 要 企业的生产物流是企业物流的重要组成部分，它与供应物流（即输入物流）和销售物流（即输出物流）共同构成企业物流系统。在以制造为主的企业，生产物流是企业物流的主体。是伴随生产工艺之中的物流活动，是从客户的订单或者打算开始，生成物料需求打算和车间作业打算，伴随产品加工的工艺过程，其中包括工艺性的搬运，最终输出产品的全过程。本文从实际动身，通过对当前鄂尔多斯市万捷新型建材有限公司生产物流现状存在的问题的客观分析，指出存在的问题，生产物流不通畅，无法按期保质保量完成定单。并叙述了改造现行生产物流，制造通畅高效的 的必要性和迫切性。通过系统阐述物流理论及生产物流理论，提出物流治理的目标生产物流的特点，以及物流治理对企业经营的战略性意义。[1]最后从四个方面对当前的生产物流系统进行了改进：一是生产打算和操纵方面，阐述了制定打算的基础是资源，依据是订单，提供了打算编制和操纵的方法，并进一步指出当交叉并行的订单较多时，建议采纳决策树审评的方法同意定单：二是利用IE中的方法研究和工作研究原理，对工艺过程进行了工艺研究和改进，要紧是流水线的平衡设计和生产过程均衡设计，从而减少了物流距离，提高效率，缩短了生产周期，提高了整个生产系统的柔性化制造能力，并利用工效学原理，对工作场地的布置进行了改造:三是供应链治理方面，依照当今制造业形式，指出供应链治理关于制造企业的重要性和评价治理供应商的方法：四是物流治理信息化方面，首先分析了现行ERP在的不足之处，指出ERP在物流治理中的重要性，对升级后的ERP的不足进行了探讨，并对改进后的ERP应用效果进行了客观评价。 关键词：生产物流；供应链；ERP ABSTRACT Production logistics,together with supply logistics (input logistics) and sales logistics(output logistics) constitutes the company logistics system. As a critical component of the company logistics, production logistics is the principal part of the manufacturing focused companies logistics. Production Logistics refers to the organization of the transformation, movement,storage and control of goods from the acquisition of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to customers.
