PAGE 我国私募基金发展的现状、问题及对策分析――以北京泽盈投资有限公司为例 摘要：近几年，在我国经济快速发展的背景下，金融市场快速发展，私募基金在我国金融市场中的地位不断提高，我国的金融市场的发展越来越离不开私募基金。但是由于我国的私募基金起步比较晚，相关的法律法规不健全，私募基金也只能在黑暗中生存和成长，所以在其发展过程中也存在了许许多多的问题和挫折。 本文首先根据我国私募基金发展现状分析研究背景，阐述本文研究私募基金的研究意义；其次通过文献综述对学者的研究进行总结分析，从中吸取经验，为本研究提供基础；接着，阐述我国私募基金从1993年开始的发展历程及分析我国私募基金发展的现状；然后以北京泽盈投资有限公司为例分析我国私募基金发展存在的问题，根据问题来分析原因；接着，简要概述美国私募基金发展对我国的发展经验与启示；正文的最后，就存在的问题提出相应的建议。 关键词：私募基金，现状，问题，对策  The current situation, problems and countermeasure analysis of the development of private equity funds in China--Take Beijing Zeying Investment Co., Ltd. as an example Abstract: In recent years, under the background of Chinas rapid economic development, the rapid development of financial markets, private equity funds in Chinas financial market status continues to improve, the development of Chinas financial market more and more inseparable from private equity funds.
