【Word版本下载可任意编辑】 PAGE 1 - / NUMPAGES 1 车辆管理助理岗位职责 [第1篇]车辆管理助理岗位职责  key responsibilities:  responsible for monitoring powertrain quality issues raised via epqr, ta, rsa, customer complaint warranty channels, conduct issue analysis and on-site investigation (when necessary) to gain full understanding of the problem.  host find it and fix it (fifi) meeting to detect trend and patterns for emerging quality concerns, participate in coc meetings to gain wider knowledge about powertrain issues with input from crc, dts, rsa warranty teams.  raisemarket problem definition (mpd) for both imported and local built vehicles;  responsible to data update for powertrain issue in market single agenda quality (msaq) list.  evaluate each epqr report quality and prepare the monthly epqr report.  support to deliver epqr training course (powertrain) to all dealer to lift their reporting skills.  support new engine nerve center launch and prepare the weekly engine nerve center quality report to top management team.  负责监测通过epqr、ta、rsa、客户投诉保修渠道提出的动力总成质量问题,开展问题分析和现场调查(必要时),以充分了解问题。  主持fifi会议,以检测新出现的质量问题的趋势和模式,参加coc会议,通过crc、dts、rsa保修团队提及的问题,获得关于动力系统问题的更广泛知识  提出进口和国产车辆的市场问题定义  负责市场单级质量(msaq)清单中动力传动系统数据的更新  评估每个epqr报告质量并准备月度epqr报告  向经销商提供epqr培训课程(动力传动系统),以提高他们的报告技能。  支持新的发动机中心的发布,并将每周的发动机中心质量报告准备给更高级管理团队  skills, experience and qualifications required:  bachelor’s degree required  minimum of3years relevant experience in theoem customer service department or plus 5 years relevant experience in other powertrainautomotive industrylike tier1 supplier.  working experience for powertrain product quality issue investigation is preferred.  excellent data collecting, analysis and report out skills.  good skills in problem definition and root cause finding.  very good knowledge for quality report evaluation and analysis  ability toreadand write in english with confidence.  good knowledge in automo
