【Word版本下载可任意编辑】 PAGE 1 - / NUMPAGES 1 车间专员岗位职责 [第1篇]车间专员岗位职责  senior manufacturing and shop floor specialist 高级车间制造系统专员(天津) 博格华纳(中国)投资公司 borgwarner (china) investment company(分支机构) 博格华纳(中国)投资公司 borgwarner (china) investment company(分支机构) 工作职责:  the manufacturing and shop floor specialist will be the key support for the region of employment to support the strategy, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing and shop floor systems such as, but not limited to data acquisition, mes and spc solutions. the position will be part of a global team tasked to roll out standards in shop floor systems in locations within the borgwarner drivetrain group. the position will provide hands-on support for all systems on the shop floor working directly with it, engineering and operations. the position will work to implementupgrade these systems into new and current manufacturing equipment as well as work to integrate with other systems like sap erp. the position will be responsible to ensure that all devices on the shop floor, whether pc, tablet, rf gun, etc are secure, patched and protected. the position will also require understanding of networking concepts to help support managed switches used on the shop floor.  the manufacturing and shop floor specialist must be able to work well with the business end users, sap functional leads, manufacturing and controls engineers, and operations personnel to be effective. this person needs to have the ability to gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications for use in designing an overall solution. the successful candidate needs to be able to work independently, able to communicate business requirements clearly to the configuration team, perform functional testing within the quality system to confirm functionality and work with key users to gain approval for all changes before moving changes to the production environment. the person in this role will work towards continuous improveme
