Research on employee training of Shenzhen Dongshen Engineering Co., Ltd Abstract:With the rapid development of the economy, science and technology, people have entered the information age; in fierce competition on the market, talent competition is the concrete achievement of the competitiveness of companies in todays society. and if a company wants to have better talents to create more benefits for its development, training employees is the key to its development. This article is the research of Shenzhen Dongcheng Engineering Co., Ltd.: first, study the development of the enterprise, analyze the current situation of the enterprise staff training, and deeply study the training methods of the enterprise staff. The current staff training methods have the following problems: (1) The form of employee training is relatively old; (2) poor motivation of staff; (3)Unclear training objectives; (4) staff training did not achieve the expected results. Based on the problems in staff education of Shenzhen Dongxin Engineering Co., Ltd., I put forward several suggestions for staff training of Shenzhen Dongxin Engineering Co., Ltd. through on-site investigation. (1) Innovative training methods;(2)change of education concepts;(3) strengthening of clear education objectives by enterprises;(4) curriculum and improvement of education effect.
