84消毒液对斑马鱼受精卵孵化率和卵黄期幼鱼存活率的影响 专业学生： 指导老师： 摘要：目的：为了研究84消毒液对斑马鱼卵胚胎发育及仔鱼成活率的影响。0.0027%组孵化率显著高于对照，0.027%浓度组孵化率极显著低于对照。卵黄期幼鱼在对照组和0.00045%组未见死亡，但在0.0027%以上组，死亡率随着浓度的升高而升高，0.009%、0.0135%组死亡率显著高于对照，0.027%组极显著高于对照。结论：一定浓度的84消毒液能显著提高斑马鱼卵的孵化率，但到达一定浓度时，那么能显著降低卵的孵化率和卵黄期幼鱼的成活率。 关键词：斑马鱼；受精卵；84消毒液；卵黄期幼鱼 Effects of 84 disinfectant on the hatching rate of zebrafish fertilized eggs and the survival rate of young females in the yolk stage Student majoring inBiological sciences:ZHENG Zhao Tutor:ZHANG Gui Sheng Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of 84 disinfectant on the zebrafish embryonic development and Larval survival rate. Methods:In indoor,we collected Zebrafish fertilized eggs by using Tank overflow method, and fertilized eggs were placed in 84 disinfectant with concentrations of 0.00045%,0.0027%,0.0045%,0.009%,0.0135%,0.027%,and the water was as control group. Results :The hatching rate were 60%, 83%, 90%, 76.7% 73.3%, 63.3%, and 23.33% respectively in deionized water and 0.00045%, 0.0027%, 0.0045%, 0.009%, 0.0135%,0.027% groups. In the experimental concentration range, the hatching rate was first increased and then decreased, and the hatched juveniles were not abnormal, however, compared with pure water, the hatching rate of eggs was significantly increased at 0.0027% group, and significantly decreased at 0.027% group. The control group and 0.00045% group had no death, however, in other groups, the mortality rate was increased with the increase of the concentrations on Juvenile yolk stage. Mortality rates at 0.009% and 0.0135% groups were significantly higher than the control group, at 0.027% group were significantly higher than the control. Conclusion: A certain concentration of 84 disinfectant solution could significantly improve the hatching rate of eggs of zebrafish, when reaching a certain concentration, it could significantly decrease the the hatching rate 0n fertilized eggs and survival rate on young females in the yolk.
