With online ride-hailing service， booking platforms can locate passenge toreduce time spent in cruising on the road， lower taxi operating costs， and save money forpassenge as well. However， in comparison with the booming online ride-hailing service， lawhas the time-lag effect， in this case leading to a blank on legislation. In order to guarantee theinterests of passenge， ride-hailing platforms， drive and taxi drive， promote the legislation，it is necessary to discuss and assess the respoibilities of the online ride-hailing serviceprovide~~booldng platforms. Only in this way can all parties be made sure to run under therule of law， and the peonalized development of different trades be boosted。 To begin with， this thesis studies domestic and oveeas on-line ride-hailing vehicles andtheir respoibilities， and uses the pepective of the liabilities of booking platforms， analyzesdifferent online ride-hailed service modes， and defines different legal relatiohips amongplatforms， vehicles and passenge， and reaches a conclusion on the booking platform^respoibilities on traffic accidents and proposes the compeation standards and principles。 This thesis then applies methods including literature research， legal logic analysis，comparison and case study to explore the respoibilities the booking platform shouldundertake on the traffic accidents.
