As an important part of the gas pipelines， the gastramission station not only has the functio of measurement， distribution， pressureregulation， etc.， but also the intermediate link connecting the natural gas pipelines. Therisk management and control situation of the gas tramission station is crucial to thesafety of the gas pipeline network and the operation of the national economy and the lifeof the residents. It should be highly valued。 This paper takes M natural gas tramission station in Shaanxi-Beijing gas tramissionnetwork as the research object， combining the risk management and control status of Mnatural gas tramission station， analyzing the existing problems and causes of theproblems of risk management and control system of the station from the dimeio ofmanage， risk assessment methods and management measures， and determines theoptimization objectives of the risk management and control system， from the aspects ofdefining risk management and control peonnel， establishing risk management andcontrol work supervision mechanism， improving the existing risk assessment system basedon risk matrix scoring method.
