寄宿制学校青年学生配戴角膜塑形镜的校园内护理辅导的效果
[摘要]目的觀察校园内的专业护理指导对寄宿制学校青年学生配戴塑形镜的效果。方法学校医务室的医护人员对我校配戴角膜塑形镜的64名学生进行专业的护理指导,于指导前后采用焦虑自评量表进行评定并比较,对摘戴镜片的操作、镜片的护理和保养、戴镜后可能出现的不适症状、并发症处理流程、复查周期、何为良好的饮食和用眼习惯7项指标进行评估和比较。结果在接受专业护理指导前,研究对象的焦虑得分为(39.20±6.81)分。在专业护理指导后,研究对象的焦虑得分为(25.40±4.09)分。护理指导前后的焦虑程度比较,差异有统计学意义(p=0.000),接受护理指导后的焦虑状况明显减轻。在接受专业护理指导前,所有的研究对象均不能将所有的护理步骤和注意事项完全做到位。专业护理指导后,所有的研究对象均可将所有的护理步骤和注意事项完整且熟练地做到位。护理干预前后,所有观察指标的差异均有统计学意义(p=0.000)。结论通过学校医务室医护人员的专业护理指导,寄宿制学校配戴塑形镜的青年学生的焦虑状况明显缓解,均可熟练掌握和操作塑形镜的摘戴并做好全方位的护理。
