Control 控制：为了达到某种目的，对事物进行主动的干预、管理或操纵。 Control : means of regulating , restraining , keep in order;check 控制：就是利用控制装置（机械装置、电气装置或计 算机系统等），使生产过程或被控对象（机器 或电气设备等）的某些物理量（温度、压力、 速度、位移等）按照特定的规律运行。 2. Automatic control and the control system Control: human control and automatic control Control process: measure, compare, actuate. 控制过程：测量、比较、纠正偏差。 [ 动态过程 Dynamic process ] Measure: 观测恒温箱内的温度（被控制量） Compare: 与要求的温度（给定值）进行比较得到温度偏差的大小和方向 Actuate: 根据偏差大小和方向调节调压器，控制加热电阻丝的电流以调节温度回复到要求值。 [实质]检测偏差再纠正偏差。 human control 温度偏差信号经电压、功率放大后，用以驱动执行电动机，并通过传动机构拖动调压器动触头。当温度偏高时，动触头向减小电流的方向运动，反之加大电流，直到温度达到给定值为止，此时，偏差u=0,电机停止转动。 [动态过程 Dynamic process ] automatic control 系统原理方块图 [实质] 检测偏差 Measure deviation 纠正偏差 Actuate deviation 自动控制：在没有人的直接参与下，利用控制装置，使生产过程或被控对象的某些物理量按照特定的规律运行。 Control process: measure, compare, actuate. 控制过程：测量、比较、纠正偏差。 Comparison of human control system and Automatic control system ： （1） measure : operating personal senses ; sensor. （2） compare: human brain; controller. （3） actuate :operating person; actuating device. Automatic control system: group of components working together in a regular relation to achieve a desired purpose. Control object: machine; component or process. Control devices: actuating device or regulator. Consist of :control object and control devices 3.Block diagram 方块图（方框图） Block diagram consist of blocks and arrows Arrow : signal transference direction (input or output ) Block : function ( the relationship between input and output ) input: desired output ;desired output response Output: actual output ;actual output response 求和点(又称相加点或比较点) (Summing point ): 表示信号相加减； 分支点（又称分路点）( pickoff point ) 表示信号由此引出。 Note：引出点只表示信号的引出，而不改变信号的大小。 由物理系统画出控制系统的结构图（方框图） 1) 确定系统的输入、输出量 2) 掌握系统的工作原理（工作原理图
