摘　　要 随着时代的发展,科技的飞跃,全球经济一体化的推进,各种资产的QDII基金越来越受到人们的关注,被讨论研究得越来越多。QDII基金主要是指一个国家境内经过本国相关部门审核批准而设置的专门用于从事境外证券市场上的股份、债券等有价证券交易业务的证券投资基金。因为其拥有着准入门槛相对较低、产品多样化丰富等特点, QDII基金也逐渐发展成为了投资者进行跨境投资时最好的首选基金。2020年突如其来的疫情在全球范围内的快速传播,对全球贸易和产业链以及生活成本等层面产生了巨大影响,世界上各种资产的价格都在剧烈波动。2020年3月下旬,美联储和主要央行继续行动,流动性危机得到适度缓解,全球各类资产开始摆脱共同下跌的命运。 在全球市场风暴中,QDII基金进行资产配置是具有优势的。在这样一个复杂背景下,分析QDII基金对亚马逊公司在华中地区资本市场的影响是非常具有重要性和现实意义。基于这一复杂的背景,本文主要采用了调查研究方法、个案研究法和类比法,分析了QDII基金的投资状况及其对亚马逊公司在我国华中地区资本市场的影响。存在三个方面的问题:一是国际游资跨境流动频繁;二是资金分流引起市场委靡;三是证券市场的资金分流,股市动荡。针对这三个问题提出三个解决问题的对策:一是严格管控国际游资跨境的流动;二是控制资金分流;三是培育专业人士与服务机构。 关键词：QDII基金 资本市场 亚马逊公司 跨境投资 ABSTRACT With the development of The Times, the leap of science and technology and the advancement of global economic integration, the QDII fund of various assets has attracted more and more peoples attention and been discussed and studied more and more.
