In a variety of infringement of the rights of a well-known trademark, the trademark anti-dilution problem is one of the most damage to the well-known trademark value and as well as the most popular as people todays tort law consciousness enhancement, more and more people begin to pay attention to the value of well-known trademarks, to resist the dilution behavior will increase gradually.
