? ? ? ? ? 针对性护理在肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂及腹水患者中的应用价值 ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 【摘要】：目的 分析探讨针对性护理在肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂及腹水患者中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2018年5月~2019年5月收治的70例肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂及腹水患者作为研究对象，根据数字随机法分为对照组和研究组，每组各35例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上予以针对性护理。对比观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 研究组患者不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组，且研究组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 针对性护理在肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂及腹水患者中应用效果显著，可提升其护理满意度，降低不良反应发生率，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】：针对性护理；肝硬化；食管胃底静脉曲张破裂；腹水 护理效果 Targeted care in liver cirrhosis and esophageal and gastric varices rupture and Application value in patients with ascites 【 abstract 】 : objective to analyze the application value of targeted nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis, esophageal and gastric varices rupture and ascites.Methods 70 patients with cirrhosis, esophagogastric varicose vein rupture and ascites admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.
