危险化学品的特性及应急处理.doc

摘 要 在今天这个可以说是高度发达的文明社会当中，化学物质是必不可少的，而我们所生活的世界当中就是由各种各样的化合物或者可以说成就是是化学品所组织而成的，化学品所指的是由各种化学元素所组成的化合物及其混合物，其中包括天然的和人造的。危险化学品所指的是具有毒害、腐蚀、爆炸、燃烧、助燃等性质，对人体、设施、环境具有伤害性的有毒化学品和其他的化学品。我们国家怒气按的化学品的生产能力十分强烈，已经达到了数亿吨来计算，品种也约有1000万种，并仍在不断增长。在工业生产作为一个大国的我国，危险化学品的输出循环快速增长是由于其化学性质，往往伴随风险特征，如易燃、易爆或腐蚀性，在各种环节当中容易发生重大事故。危险化学品所带来的安全方面的问题成为了人们十分关注的问题，危险化学品的应急处理也是十分重要的一部分。 在化学品当中的危险化学品的相关事故是会对人民群众的生命安全造成严重的威胁和影响的，也会造成非常不可估量的经济损失，对我们生存的管径也会造成严重的破坏，此事故的危险性大，控制困难。所以，本文对化学危险品应防止事故的一阶分析危险化学品事故和意外伤害的原因，提出了危险化学品事故预防和应急处理措施。 关键词：危险化学品；危险特性；预防；应急处理 Abstract In today this is a highly developed civilization,chemical is indispensable,and the world that we live in is by a variety of compounds or achievement is chemicals organization with chemicals is referring to chemical compounds and mixtures composed of various chemical elements,including natural and man-made. The production capacity of chemicals in our country is so strong that it has reached hundreds of millions of tons,and there are about 10 million varieties,and the number is still growing. In China,a big country in industrial production,the rapid growth of the output cycle of hazardous chemicals is due to their chemical properties,which are often accompanied by risk characteristics,such as inflammable,explosive or corrosive,and are prone to major accidents in various links. The safety problems brought by hazardous chemicals have become a very concerned issue,and the emergency treatment of hazardous chemicals is also a very important part. Among the chemicals,the accidents related to dangerous chemicals will cause serious threats and influences to the safety of peoples lives,will also cause immeasurable economic losses,and will also cause serious damage to the diameter of our survival pipes.
