大班幼儿争抢玩具行为观察记录 摘要：幼儿园的一项主要活动便是游戏，这对于幼儿的智力开发有着有益的帮助。 但是在具体实施过程中，往往因为解决问题的方法不当，或是材料资源投入不足等主客观原因,造成在游戏过程中发生争抢游戏玩具的现象。 针对这一现象，很多教师采用增大玩具的数量和制定游戏规则的方法，但收效甚微。笔者认为，从幼儿身心发展出发寻找解决方法，通过培养他们的合作和分享意识，逐渐从无条件道德向有效道德发展，从而更好地促进幼儿游戏活动，养成同他人友好相处的习惯。 本文试图通过观察游戏环节中的争抢现象，从深层次去分析这些现象产生的原因,进而阐述相应的教育策略，从而为幼儿的全方位发展服务。 关键词： 大班；幼儿；争抢玩具；行为 Abstract：One of the main activities of the kindergarten is the game, which is beneficial to the development of childrens intelligence. But in the specific implementation process, often because of improper methods to solve the problem, or the lack of material resources and other reasons, resulting in the phenomenon of competition in the game play toy. In view of this phenomenon, many teachers adopt the method of increasing the number of toys and the rules of the game, but with little success. The author thinks, from childrens physical and mental development of finding solutions, through the cultivation of their cooperation and share consciousness gradually from the unconditional moral to effective moral development, thus better promote childrens games and cultivate the habit on friendly terms with others. This paper attempts to observe the phenomenon of competition in the game, from the deep analysis of the causes of these phenomena, and then expounds the corresponding educational strategies, so as to provide a full range of services for the development of children.
