基于小波分析的动态电压稳定判 摘 要 在电力系统越来越大型化并加速一体化的今天，电压严重失稳 （下文称 “电压 溃”）是严重影响电网和供电安全的动态现象，如果不能快速检测并及时采取措施， 很可能导致大范围停电 （如1987年东京大停电），特别在传输功率到达系统极限传输 功率之前发生的电压 溃，现在还缺乏快速可靠的检测手段。但在数学上，可以根据 最小同步相量测量装置的布点算法 （PMU）提出利用动态雅克比逆矩阵并选择U-Q灵敏 度的小波模极大值作为辅助参量对负荷点电压进行小波变换的方法。当电压 溃时， 由于小波变换具有快速检测能力，可以在极短时间内筛选出异常变化量。仿真实验证 明，该方法在母线电压监测方面，特别是防止电压 溃扩散方面，具有独特优势。 关键词 ：电压 小波 小波分析 Dynamic Voltage Stability Criterion based on Wavelets Analysis Abstract As the power system is becoming larger and larger with accelerating integration,serious voltage instability (hereinafter referred to as “ voltage collapse”) is a dynamic phenomenon that affects the safety of power supply and power grid seriously,if it could not be detected rapidly and measures are not taken timely,that may lead to a wide range of power failure.For e ample,Tokyo suffered from a serious blackout as a result of serious voltage collapse in nineteen eighty-seven which is one of the most serious blackout accidents during the twentieth century. Especially when voltage collapse happens before the system transmission power reaches to the system ’s limit value,there is not any rapid and reliable method to detect this dynamic phenomenon.But from the point of mathematics,we can raise a way of using Dynamic Jacobi Inverse Matri and choosing wavelet transform modulus ma ima(WTMM) of U-Q sensitivity as au iliary parameter to represent the load voltage in terms of short discrete components known as wavelets based on the minimum layout algorithm of synchronous phasor measurement unit .When the voltage collapse happens,it can screen the abnormal variation in a very short period of time because of the rapid detective capability of wavelet tran
