Methods: 72 cases of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. After excluding acute myocardial infarction， acute left heart failure， grade 3 hyperteion and other serious complicatio， they were randomly pided into experimental group and control group， with 36 cases in each group. The two groups received the same routine treatment， and the experimental group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen. Results: there were 36 cases in the experimental group， 28 cases were significant， accounting for 77.78%.Six cases were effective， accounting for 16.67%.Two cases were invalid， accounting for 5.56%.Control group 36 cases， 18 cases of significant effect， accounting for 50.00%;8 cases were effective， accounting for 22.22%.Ten cases were invalid， accounting for 27.78%.The clinical efficiency of hyperbaric oxygen experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: hyperbaric oxygen has significant curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and can be used as an important adjuvant therapy for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
