哈尔滨工业大学华德应用技术学院毕业设计 摘 要 汽车离合器位于发动机和变速箱之间的飞轮壳内，用螺钉将离合器总成固 定在飞轮的后平面上，离合器的输出轴就是变速箱的输入轴。在汽车行驶过程 中，驾驶员可根据需要踩下或松开离合器踏板，使发动机与变速箱暂时分离和 逐渐接合，以切断或传递发动机向变速器输入的动力。其功用为：（1）使汽车 平稳起步；（2）中断给传动系的动力，配合换档；（3）防止传动系过载。 膜片弹簧离合器是近年来在轿车和轻型汽车上广泛采用的一种离合器，它 的转矩容量大而且较稳定，操作轻便，平衡性好，也能大量生产，对于它的研 究已经变得越来越重要。此设计说明书详细的说明了轻型汽车膜片弹簧离合器 的结构形式，参数选择以及计算过程。 本设计主要针对马自达6 的离合器进行设计计算。 关键词: 离合器 , 膜片弹簧 , 从动盘 , 压盘 , 摩擦片 -42- 哈尔滨工业大学华德应用技术学院毕业设计 ABSTRACT Automobile Clutch in the engine and gearbox between the flywheel shell, with screw will be fixed in the clutch a embly after the plane of the flywheel, clutch gearbox output shaft is the input shaft。In the proce of moving vehicle, the driver may need Pedal or release the clutch pedal so that the engine and gearbox temporary separation and progre ive joint, to cut off the engine or transmi ion to the transmi ion input power. It function as: (1) the car a smooth start, (2) to interrupt the transmi ion of power to meet the shift,(3) to prevent transmi ion of the overload. It has great capacity of torque And more stabley ,manipulate easy and convenient ,well equilibrium ,And also can produce batch .so the research of the clutch is more and more important .
