摘 要
该如何促进内蒙古稀土产业的发展，首先要做的就是弄清楚内蒙古稀土产业的发展情况是什么，如此才能寻求解决发展过程的问题，最终提高内蒙古稀土产业的发展水平。理清楚稀土产业的发展，需要运用几个方法，即实例分析法、文献资料法等，除此之外还要对国外的研究现状了解清楚。实例分析的方法特点是可以较为详细、准确地找到稀土产业发展中存在的问题。通过一番分析研究，发现了内蒙古稀土产业存在很多问题，而且这些问题阻碍了中国稀土产业的健康发展，并且提出解决的方法，即提高技术和吸纳高素质人才。

Abstract
This paper studies the purpose is to analyze the Inner Mongolia rare earth industry development present situation and characteristics of foreign trade， so that they can find the relevant countermeasures of rare earth industry development in Inner Mongolia， so as to promote the rare earth industry development in Inner Mongolia. This paper mainly through the literature material method and instance analysis method， through the literature material law， the specific research status at home and abroad， carding the rare earth industry development. Through example analysis to baiyun obo， baotou rare earth industry as the object， analyzed the existing problems in the development of rare earth industry. Through the above analysis， it is pointed out that the rare earth industry in Inner Mongolia in vulgar development， foreign trade is not in place， and many other problems， these problems seriously slowed the rare earth industry development in our country， and points out that only the introduction of technology and talent， to steadily promote the rapid development of rare earth industry in Inner Mongolia.
