市政污水处理厂事故水池应急系统的设计
摘要：系统的设计规划一个污水处理厂，难度很大，最难的地
方在于如何经济的确定水池的容积大小，故而设计的过程中，从应
急的具体内容到对响应的具体条件都需要予以综合性的考虑，对应
的设施也要可行，并且配套，这样水池才会更加的经济和高效，环
境污染事故才能够得到很好的控制。

abstract: system design plan a sewage treatment plant, the
difficulty is very big, the hardest part is how to determine
