The following was my real experience. On the first day when I joined Wuhan
High-power Locomotive Maintenance Section of China Railway Wuhan Bureau
Group Co., Ltd. after graduating from college, the vice director of the section had a
talk with me after I completed my entry procedures. I came to the office with great
expectation. Mr. Wang, the vice director, was very amiable. He said: I have a request
for each new staff-to keep in mind that safety always comes first. Nine years passed,
and I still remembered what Mr. Wang told me. His serious attitude and my work
experience in recent years taught safety was of crucial importance in railway
operation.

本案例是本人真实经历,2018年12月我从事旅客列车驾驶工作。那天我值乘K237次
从漯河接车返回武汉。21点列车一路安全运行至武昌站。从武昌站摘下机车后,进行调车
作业,将机车放入武客技折返段。在最后一个尽头线转线的时候,进行了一次换弓作业。刚
刚闭合主断路器,接触网停电了。检查机车时发现,是因为受电弓上挂了一根2米左右的湿
绳子,搭在车顶上,导致接触网发生接地。经过这次接触网断电,让我们明白安全无小事,
