名词专题复习教案
教学目标:
帮助学生了解名词及其分类;
帮助学生掌握名词复数形式的变化规则;
掌握名词所有格的用法。教学重难点:
名词的数,可数名词复数形式变化;
名词所有格的用法教学步骤
Step 1. Lead-in
图片呈现六个与名词有关的图片,让学生辨认图片,引出名词概念。
请同学们找出上下两组名词的各自特点,帮助学生了解专有名词及普通名词。
Step 2 The Main part
T: This class, we are going to mainly talk about Common Nouns. This kind of nouns include two types-----countable nouns and uncountable nouns. Give explanations and help students understand them. Then check with the game.
Task 1: Pick the apples
Put apples into right baskets.
Task 2:
Look at this picture. The students may read it out: news.
T: If we want to count it, how should we do? We can use “piece”. For example, a piece of news.
Finish the exercise in your paper and make a conclusion about uncountable nouns by yourself, and check it. The teacher can ask a student to answer it.
Then,finish the exercise, and check it.
Task 3:
Countable Nouns
Learn by yourself, and finish the exercise, then discuss in groups, and find the rules on how to change a singular noun into a plural one.
Ask students to conclude, and the teacher could make a comment on it. Then exercise and check.
Task 4
T: Watch a short video and answer questions on your paper. (Let students make a conclusion after the video. The teacher just add something others.)
Show pictures to help students know about Possessive Case with “of”. One is “a map of China”
The other one is “ a photo of my family.” After that, ask students to do some exercise. Step 3 Summary.
Discuss in groups and sum up.
Ask students to make the summary by themselves to check if they really get these language points.
Step 4 Consolidation
Finish the exercise in your paper.
