惠州市龙田中学教师绩效考核体系优化研究 内 容 摘 要 党和国家历年来高度重视教育,而教师作为教育的主体起着关键作用。有效 的教师绩效考核,能够提高教师教学的积极性和自身的综合素质,保证学校的教 学质量。有效的绩效考核体系要求设计者能够理解绩效考核的内涵、原则、功能 以及相关的理论,还能结合学校的实际情况来进行设计。本文第一章首先介绍了 研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法、研究手段和技术 路线,接着介绍了绩效考核的内涵以及相关理论。对案例的龙田中学教师的绩效 考核现状及存在的问题进行分析和整理,分析总结出龙田中学教师绩效考核中存 在考核目标不明确、考核体系不完善、对考核结果的运用不充分的问题,结合理 论对案例的问题提出了具体的对策,明确考核目的,发挥考核的导向作用、采用 360 度的绩效评价方法,形成多元的评价主体、根据校情,明确绩效考核标准、 设计科学的绩效考核指标完善绩效考核结果的反馈、科学有效地运用绩效结果。 关键词:绩效考核;中学教师;问题和对策;360 度绩效考核 I Research on the optimization of performance appraisal system of teachers in Longtian Middle School of Huizhou City Abstract The party and the state have attached great importance to education for many years, and teachers play a key role as the main body of education. Effective teacher performance appraisal can improve teachers teaching enthusiasm and their comprehensive quality, and ensure the teaching quality of the school.An effective performance appraisal system requires the designer to understand the connotation, principles, functions and related theories of performance appraisal, and to design it according to the actual situation of the school.
