商丘学院毕业论文 商丘市人口迁移流动现状与对策研究 摘 要 经过对商丘市人口数据变化进行研究，商丘市飞速发展的十年中，人口迁移流动对 城市的人文发展和经济建设都起到了重要的作用。现如今人口迁移流动与农业、工业、 服务业等行业密不可分，人口迁移流动虽然不是城市发展的必要条件，但却是城市发展 的必然结果。一般而言，城市人口增量来自于人口自然增长和人口净流入，而随着人口 自然增长率逐渐放缓，考察人口迁移流动的变化，重要性不言而喻。主要数据来自于第 七次人口普查，通过文献研究法，发现人口的迁移流动关系着商丘市城镇化进程、农业、 工业、服务业等方方面面的发展，随后深入研究人口迁移流动对商丘市发展建设的作用， 并得出，加快推进由乡村人口迁移流动至城镇不仅会提高商丘市城镇化率，更能为城区 注入新活力加快城区建设的结论。为了更好的促进人口迁移流动，提出改革户籍制度、 加快中小城镇发展、等一系列建议，最终促进商丘市经济建设的发展。 关键字：人口迁移流动；原因分析；政策建议 I 商丘学院毕业论文 Study on the current situation and Countermeasures of population migration and flow in Shangqiu City Abstract After studying the changes of population data in Shangqiu City, during the ten years of rapid development of Shangqiu City, population migration and flow have played an important role in the citys humanistic development and economic construction. Nowadays, population migration flow is inseparable from agriculture, industry, service industry and other industries. Although population migration flow is not a necessary condition for urban development, it is an inevitable result of urban development.
