Therefore, various departments and enterprises are trying to reduce the energy consumption of buildings in order to achieve the goal of environmental protection.Among them, office buildings get relatively high energy consumption and large energy-saving potential during operation, and their energy-saving features are that buildings already exist and are being used. Therefore, many renovation strategies and measures are limited by different aspects and degrees. In the study of energy-saving strategies, the impact of office buildings on economic benefits and use functions should be fully considered. Under this background, this paper analyzes the energy-saving management strategies of office buildings in the operation phase from the four angles of government, owners, property companies and users, and collects a large number of data and samples of energy consumption of office buildings in China for research and analysis.
