摘 要 互联网技术和电子商务市场经过多年发展，已经具有较大规模，物流产业也因此发 展迅速。但物流企业的成本逐年攀升，企业压力也逐年变大，物流企业如何优化成本控 制，已成为影响企业命运至关重要的问题。本文以国内外对物流企业成本控制的理论研 究为基础，选择了顺丰速运物流公司为研究对象，首先简要的分析了企业的财务数据， 探究了企业成本控制现状，然后进行行业间的对比，从分析中归纳总结出企业在成本管 理中比较薄弱的地方，最后针对企业成本管理中的较薄弱环节进行原因进行原因分析， 并给出可行性建议和措施。 关键词：顺丰控股；成本控制；问题对策 \ 1 Abstact After years of development, the Internet technology and e-commerce market have already taken on a larger scale, and the logistics industry has developed rapidly. However, the cost of logistics enterprises is increasing year by year, and the pressure of enterprises is also increasing year by year. How to optimize the cost control of logistics enterprises has become a crucial issue affecting the fate of enterprises. Based on the theoretical research on cost control of logistics enterprises both at home and abroad, this paper chooses Shunfeng Express Logistics Company as the research object. Firstly, it briefly analyzes the financial data of the enterprise and explores the current situation of cost control of the enterprise. Then it makes a comparison among industries. From the analysis, it sums up the weak points in cost management of the enterprise. Finally, it analyzes the reasons for the weak links in cost management of the enterprise and gives feasible suggestions and measures.
