中华中医药杂志（ 中华中医药杂志（原中国医药学报）2018年8月第33卷第8期 CJTCMP , August 2018, Vol . 33, No.8 ? 3487 ? 中华中医药杂志（ 中华中医药杂志（原中国医药学报）2018年8月第33卷第8期 CJTCMP , August 2018, Vol . 33, No.8 ? 3487 ? ?标准与规范? 缺铁性贫血中医药防治康复一体化专家共识 郎海燕1，陈信义2，杨文华3 (1北京中医药大学东方医院血液科，北京 100078；2北京中医药大学东直门医院血液肿瘤科北京 100700；3天津中医药大学第一附属医院血液科，天津 300192) 摘要：中医的“萎黄病”与现代医学的缺铁性贫血症状极为相似，以面色萎黄、体倦乏力、头晕眼花，心 悸气短、食欲不振为主要临床表现。治疗是在对因治疗基础上，中医遵照辨证施治原则，多在处方中加用“皂 矾”“煅绿矾”“生铁络”“煅针砂”等具有补铁效果的中药，或应用现已上市的中药新药；现代医学则以补充 铁剂为主。两者均能获得理想疗效。经专家充分讨论一致认为，中医药治疗缺铁性贫血有肯定疗效，很少见不良 反应，更具有中医特色和优势。因此，“缺铁性贫血中医药防治康复一体化专家共识”从概述、病因病理、症状、 检查、诊断、管理、预防、治疗、康复9个方面进行了论述，倡导以辨证论治和/或中药新药防治为主，并基于 《黄帝内经》“未病先防”“既病防变”的治未病理论，强化预防与康复理念，把治疗时间点前移，提出预防缺 铁性贫血是关键，治疗是核心，康复是目标的一体化过程。 关键词：缺铁性贫血；中医药；防治康复一体化 Expert Consensus on the Integration of TCM Prevention and Treatment forIron Deficiency Anemia LANG Hai-yan1, CHEN Xin-yi2, YANG Wen-hua3 ( 1Department of Hematology, Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100078, China; 2Department of Hematdogy and Oncology, Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100700, China; 3Department of Hematology, First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine, Tianjin 300192, China ) Abstract: ‘Chlorosis in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is similar to iron-deficiency anemia (IDA) in modern medicine, which characterized by sallow complexion, lack of energy, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath and loss of appetite. The treatment in modern medicine is iron supplementation. Besides, Chinese patent medicine or herbal medicine such as ‘soap alum, ‘calcined alum, ‘pig iron, ‘calcining needle sand are used on the basis of treatment by cause and syndrome in TCM. Both the treatment of modern medicine and TCM are effective. According to the experts full discussion, TCM treatment in IDA has definite curative effect, lower risk of adverse reactions, therefore should be vigorously promoted in clinical application. This consensus reached agreements from 9 aspects: overview, pathol
