摘 要 为提高我国教师的社会地位、凸显教师职业的重要性，2018年中共中央、国务院印 发了《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》。深圳市教师任职资格制度体系起 步较晚、发展也慢,存在着诸多的问题。考察当前的教师资格制度在改革过程中存在的 一些不足之处,对其提出基于我国的实际国情下的教师资格制度改革的相关建议是非常 重要的。本文以“深圳市中小学教师任职资格制度”为研究对象，通过对深圳市中小学教 师资格制度改革的实施过程以及成效进行分析,发现 制度存在的问题,结合相关理论 对其提出改善建议。 关键词 ：中小学教师；任职资格； 问题与对策；深圳市 I Abstract In order to improve the social status of teachers in China and highlight the importance of the teaching profession, the CPC central committee and the state council issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of the teaching staff in the new era in 2018. The teacher qualification system in shenzhen city started late and developed slowly, so there are many problems. It is very important to investigate the shortcomings of the current teacher qualification system in the process of reform and put forward some Suggestions on the reform of teacher qualification system based on the actual situation of our country.
