深圳市金鹏物流园发展研究 摘 要 物流产业是我国经济增长的重要组成部分，而物流园则是各项物流活动的重要载 体。随着经济的不断发展，信息技术的不断进步，城市空间布局逐渐优化，国民生活 水平的提高，物流园需要与时俱进，及时升级，才能更好地服务城市的运行。在此背 景下，本文尝试对金鹏物流园的发展道路进行研究，并提出可行的改进升级举措，以 期把金鹏物流园建设成为具有创新功能的复合型产业园，打造成为龙岗区乃至广东省 有代表性的物流园。 本文基于PEST模型对金鹏物流园进行宏观环境分析，结合作者实地调研得出的问 题，对金鹏物流园采用SWOT模型和钻石模型进行竞争力分析，再借鉴国内外物流园的 发展经验，得出金鹏物流园需要作出改变传统的仓储模式，迎合物流市场的新发展需 求，加强信息化建设，引入先进的物流企业概念等举措的结论。希望本文的研究可以 为相关物流园的可持续发展提供指导，同时也为相关学术研究提供有力的案例支撑。 关键词：金鹏物流园；SWOT分析；钻石模型 I Research on the development Shenzhen Jinpeng Logistics Park Abstract Logistics industry is an important part of Chinas economic growth and logistics park is an important carrier of all kinds of logistics activities.With the continuous development of economy and the continuous progress of information technology, when the urban space layout is gradually optimized and the living standard of the people is improved, the logistics park also needs to be upgraded in time in order to serve the city better. Under this background, this paper attempts to study the development path of Jinpeng Logistics Park, and proposes feasible strategic upgrading measures, in order to build Jinpeng Logistics Park into an comprehensive industrial park with innovative function which a representative logistics park in longgang district and even Guangdong province.
