摘 要 随着中国经济的快速增长，目前社会财富已经实现了长期稳定的持续快速增 长，这种情况使得很多企业为了寻求更好的融资环境，选择以上市来获得更多的 资本融资。投资上市公司在股票价格的定价上往往有着很多方面不能判断的因素， 所以购买股票的消费者要考虑到风险因素，最好可以知道这支股票的隐藏的价值。 所以他们会选用使用股利增长模型，它可以更明确的分析出股票的隐藏价值。这 篇文章选择的股票是一支在 2018 年退市的股票，对这只股票在 2016 年进行内在 价值的模拟分析。为此，本文的写作运用了文献研究法、理论分析法、实证研究 法，能够更好的对该只股票进行分析。最终通过股利分析模型认为这只股票已经 远远高于其内在价值，因此可以看出股利分析模型能够更好的为股票进行内在价 值的分析，因此通过对本文的研究，能够更好地为投资者借助模型来分析股票的 内在价值提供帮助。 关键词：上市公司，价值评估，股利增长模型 Abstract With Chinas rapid economic growth, social wealth has achieved long-term stable and sustained rapid growth, which makes many enterprises choose to go public to obtain more capital financing in order to seek a better financing environment. There are many uncertain factors in the pricing of stock prices of listed companies, so the stock investors need to evaluate the intrinsic value of the stock in order to avoid the risk, so they will choose to use the dividend growth model, this model can better evaluate the intrinsic value of stock. This paper selects a stock that withdrew from the market at the end of 2018 and simulates its intrinsic value in 2016. Therefore, this paper uses literature research, theoretical analysis and empirical research methods to better analyze the stock. Finally, through the dividend analysis model, the intrinsic value of the stock is far higher than its intrinsic value, which can see that the dividend analysis model can better for the stock intrinsic value of the analysis, so through the study of this paper, it can help investors to analyze the intrinsic value of the stock with the help of the model.
