摘 要 食物的质量方面一直是人们关注的问题,例如食物的健康、绿色和新鲜度都是关注 重点。然而,不规范的存储方式和冗长的运输让农产品在冷链物流中更容易变质。导致 农产品在冷链物流当中变质的因素成为了农产品冷链物流公司的核心问题。农产品的时 效性与农产品的种类相关,因此不同农产品的变质率也不相同,在冷链物流运输过程中 需要考虑不同农产品的时效性并进行分类运输。 农产品的易腐烂性和对温度的高要求性会导致农产品在冷链物流上产生大量的货 物质量损失成本,特别是在存储和配送中非常难以保持货品新鲜,经济损失严重。因此, 保鲜成本的合理投入可以降低农产品在冷链物流当中的变质率,从而有效降低货损成本, 保证农产品的新鲜度。因而,降低储存成本和配送成本可以有效降低农产品冷链物流的 成本,进而提高运输效率。 本文通过分析农产品冷链物流系统中的库存成本和配送成本,结合产品变质率函数 与保鲜成本之间的关系,建立受农产品新鲜度函数和农产品价格波动导致的客户需求量 函数,并采用遗传算法和蚁群算法求解算例,验证最优的配送路径方案的可行性。 关键词:农产品,储存与配送,蚁群算法,遗传算法 Abstract Food plays an important role in peoples life, and the quality of food has always been a concern of people, such as the health, green and freshness of food. However, non-standard storage methods and long transport process, so that the impact of agricultural products deterioration. Agricultural products deterioration factors have become the core problem of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises. The timeliness of agricultural products is related to the types of agricultural products, so the deterioration rate of different agricultural products is not the same. In the process of cold chain logistics transportation, the timeliness of different agricultural products should be considered and classified for transportation. The perishability of agricultural products and the high demand for temperature will lead to a large number of product quality loss costs in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products. In particular, it is very difficult to keep the product fresh in storage and distribution, resulting in serious economic losses. Therefore, the reasonable input of fresh-keeping cost can reduce the deterioration rate of agricultural products in the cold chain logistics, so as to effectively reduce the cost of goods damage and guarantee the freshness of agricultural products.
