小儿消积止咳口服液治疗小儿上感后咳嗽的临床观察 摘要：目的：观察小儿消积止咳口服液治疗小儿上感后咳嗽的效果，以及对患者的安全性和耐受性。方法：选取60例符合入选标准的小儿作为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予小儿消积止咳口服液，对照组给予药物治疗，分别观察两组患者的临床效果、治疗后咳嗽、副作用和安全性等指标。结果：治疗组治疗后咳嗽症状明显好转，处理后的时间明显短于对照组；治疗组和对照组的治疗效果差异统计学上具有高度显著性（P0.05）；治疗组副作用较对照组少，安全性良好。结论：小儿消积止咳口服液治疗小儿上感后咳嗽疗效优良，且安全性高，值得在临床上推广应用。 关键词： 小儿消积止咳口服液；上感；咳嗽；疗效；安全性 Abstract: Objective: To observe the efficacy of Childrens Xiaoxi Zhike Oral Liquid in treating cough after upper respiratory tract infection in children, as well as its safety and tolerability in patients. Methods: 60 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Childrens Xiaoxi Zhike Oral Liquid, and the control group was given medication. The clinical efficacy, cough after treatment, adverse reactions and safety of the two groups of patients were observed. Results: The cough symptoms in the treatment group improved significantly after treatment, and the time for recovery was significantly shorter than that in the control group; the difference in the therapeutic effect between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.05); the treatment group had fewer adverse reactions and good safety. Conclusion: Childrens Xiaoxi Zhike Oral Liquid has excellent efficacy in treating cough after upper respiratory tract infection in children, and has high safety, which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
