Improving the user’s experience and enhancing the user’s stickiness is the most important subject that all electronic commerce companies face. And with the prices increasingly homogenized, the efficiency of the entire supply chain is of great significance. Dangdang website was first founded in 1999 and listed in America in 2010. Dangdang’s seuccess largely owes to its impeccable Logistics system. In this thesis, the reasons of how Dangdang becomes a famous online supplies with its thorough logistics system will be detailed analyzed. At present, Dangdang is cooperating with over 3,000 suppliers around the world and he can get 300, 000 kinds of goods with the lowest price. In 2005, Dangdang was only selling the books online, however, after that, he not only focuses on selling the books but becomes a comprehensive retailers online. Its transition partly because of the 3,000 suppliers. There are more than 600 digital supplies have signed up with Dangdang including Walmart, Carrefour, Metro, Gome electrical appliances. Dangdang has been aimed to provide the service with innovation. He launches an Apps that can purchase the products on the phone, he offers the self-serve service for consumers to retune and change the products, he also establishes an order tracking system in case of the missing orders. And the most important aspect is that he has set up six logistics centers with total area over 100,000 square meters. What ’s more, its cash on delivery(COD) service has covered surpassed 1238 areas within China. It is said that Dangdang has built up logistics center in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan Zhengzhou and Wuxi.
