摘 要 生态文明建设就是面对当前资源约束趋紧、环境污染日趋严重、环境污染问题 日益严重得现象而采取保护环境，节约资源的举措。直接关系到居民生活水平的提 高，同时对区域经济的发展具有重大影响。在生态文明建设中过程中通过采取生态 意识建设是关键，推动环境保护的意识的提升。本文以鹿泉区生态文明建设为研究 对象，通过对生态文明建设相关内容分析和研究，找出鹿泉区生态文明建设中存在 的问题，即生态破坏现象严重、环境污染现象频发、资源利用率低的现象，严重影 响鹿泉区生态文明建设，通过加强环境保护力度、完善相应的法律法规、加强宣传 教育、加强鹿泉去执法队伍建设、提高资源的利用效率，进一步提升鹿泉市生态文 明建设的能力和水平，对推动鹿泉区生态文明建设具有重要的促进意义。 关键字：生态文明建设；对策与建议；鹿泉区 ABSTRACT The construction of ecological civilization plays an important role in promoting resource constraints, environmental pollution and environmental pollution.
