重庆主城区应届毕业生租房渠道及意愿调查报告 摘要：随着人口流动的“大城市化”和“城市群化”，我国大中型城市的房屋租赁市 场日益繁荣。本报告通过发放网上问卷的方式，对重庆主城区各高校的 2019 届应届 毕业生进行了深入调查，以了解其租房意愿和渠道，并分析租房市场的情况。一方面， 此调查有助于应届毕业生找到最适合自己的租房方式。另一方面，也为租房市场的调 整创新提供了新思路。 本次调查共收回有效问卷 489 份。通过调查，并与一线城市的情况相比，发现重 庆租房市场的优势和不足，本报告从房屋出租人、毕业生、租房软件、政府政策四个 角度提出了建议，对毕业生租房和租房市场的发展有借鉴意义。 关键词：毕业生；租房市场；渠道；建议 ii A Survey on Rent Channels and Willingness of fresh graduates in the Main Urban Area of Chongqing Abstract With the tendency of “big urbanization ” and “urban agglomerations ” in population mobility, the housing rental market in China’s main cities becomes more prosperous. By issuing online questionnaires, this report conducts an in-depth survey of this year’s graduates from universities in the main urban area of Chongqing to find out their willingness to rent houses and channels as well as the situation of the rental market. On the one hand, this survey will be helpful for them to find out the most suitable way of renting apartments. On the other hand, it also provide new ideas for the adjustment and innovation of the rental market. A total of 489 valid questionnaires were collected. By investigating and comparing with the situation of the first-tier cities, it is found that there are merits and demerits of rental market in Chongqing. This report puts forward suggestions from four perspectives: housing lessors, graduates, rental applications and government policies, which can be used for reference for the fresh graduates and development of rental market.
