This condition is prevalent because surgery often impairs blood flow, and immobility, for extended periods, enhances the possibility of DVT occurrence. DVT reduces quality of life, increases healthcare costs, and threatens the survival of patients. As a result, there is a need to explore nursing interventions that can assist in DVT prevention. This study aims to investigate nursing interventions that can be implemented to prevent DVT in post-surgery patients.
