非酒精性脂肪肝横断面调查及清热祛湿化瘀法干预的脂肪因 摘要： 目的：调查非酒精性脂肪肝的横断面情况，并探讨清热祛湿化瘀法的干预效果。 方法：选取100例非酒精性脂肪肝患者作为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式，将患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用清热祛湿化瘀法进行干预，对照组采用常规西药治疗。在干预前后，对两组患者进行检测，分别检测血脂、肝功能及肝脏横断面的变化等指标。 结果：治疗组和对照组的基线数据无统计学差异。治疗组使用清热祛湿化瘀法进行干预后，血清ALT、AST、TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水平显著降低，而对照组则无统计学差异。治疗组肝脏横断面的脂肪变化也有所好转，但对照组无明显改善。 结论：清热祛湿化瘀法对非酒精性脂肪肝有良好的干预效果，同时对血脂和肝功能指标均有改善作用，可作为临床治疗的一种有效手段。 关键词：非酒精性脂肪肝；横断面；清热祛湿化瘀法；干预 Abstract: Objective: To investigate the cross-sectional situation of non-alcoholic fatty liver and explore the intervention effect of clearing heat, removing dampness, dispelling stasis method. Methods: One hundred patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with clearing heat, removing dampness, dispelling stasis method, while the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment. Before and after the intervention, the two groups of patients were tested for blood lipids, liver function and changes in liver cross-sectional area. Results: There was no statistical difference in the baseline data between the treatment group and the control group. After the treatment of clearing heat, removing dampness, and dispelling stasis method, the serum levels of ALT, AST, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in the treatment group were significantly reduced, while there was no statistical difference in the control group. The liver cross-sectional area of the treatment group also showed an improvement in fat change, but there was no significant improvement in the control group. Conclusions: Clearing heat, removing dampness, and dispelling stasis method has a good intervention effect on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and can also improve blood lipid and liver function indexes.
