遵义市中小型旅行社发展策略 摘要 伴随着旅游事业对外开放领域的不断地扩大与各个方面的保护壁垒即将逐步的消除，在 遵义市的旅游市场中的竞争也是越来越激烈了，在旅游行业面临的压力也是越来越大。而那 些中小型旅行社，就在遵义市的旅行行业里占有了绝大多数的比例，然而他们暴露出来的 “竞争能力弱与管理水平低”等缺点，由于问题越来越多，就使得他们的发展举步艰难，从 而导致了整个的旅行社行业的发展前景逐渐进入了困境。现如今旅游行业是被誉为“朝阳产 业”的，然而中小规模的旅行社就是旅游行业的主体，它的存在与发展状况是与我国旅游行 业的整体发展的水平密切相关的，是直接关系到我国的旅游行业的兴衰与发展的，所以要加 强对于中小规模的旅行社的营销与管理者是至关重要的。笔者试图通过对于那些中小型旅行 社在现如今所存在的问题进行了系统的分析，并且提出了一些适应于遵义市的中小型旅行社 的将来发展的一些策略，假如营要造出很好的外部环境条件、界定本身的发展前景、采取一 些合理的营销模式等。为了将遵义市的中小型旅行社进一步引导到一个良好的发展轨道上而 提出了理论方面的支持，因此为了有效地去迎接挑战和参加竞争做好了准备。 关键词：中小型；旅行社；现状；对策 Abstract Accompanied by a constantly expanding opening to the outside world in the field of tourism and the various aspects of the protection of the barriers to gradually eliminate, of the fierce competition in the tourism market is also in zhunyi, pressure is also growing in the tourism industry.
