摘要 档案作为一种宝贵的历史文化资源，档案文化反映了整个社会的文化素质和精神面貌， 不仅是文化传播的重要载体，而且是承载文化的重要载体。作为一种社会现象，它蕴含着丰 富的文化功能，逐渐成为社会文化系统的有机组成部分，档案文化建设有其存在和研究价值。 本文旨在通过档案文化的内涵界定，逐步寻求档案文化的概念，丰富了档案的文化内涵，形 成档案文化的广泛认可；通过对云南省档案文化建设现状进行，探讨我国档案事业发展的基 本脉络，并探讨在档案文化建设过程存在的缺失，总结档案文化的基本条件和社会文化的功 能机制的实现路径；通过对云南省档案管理的社会实践思考以及档案文化建设现状的研究， 结合档案工作的未来发展趋势，促进档案功能实现，以档案文化建设现状为基准，预测档案 文化未来发展的基本方向；通过对档案文化功能实现的探索，将会使档案文化功能的外延， 提高社会各界档案文化意识，使各种文化资源的充分开发，科学地指导和规范了档案的实践， 营造了良好的社会氛围和档案文化，使档案文化建设真正能够适应社会发展的客观要求。 关键词:档案管理；档案文化；认知程度；文化产业 Abstract As a valuable historical and cultural resource, archives culture reflects the cultural quality and mental outlook of the whole society. It is not only an important carrier of cultural transmission, but also an important carrier of culture. As a social phenomenon, it contains rich cultural functions, and gradually becomes an integral part of the social culture system. The construction of archival culture has its existence and research value. This paper aims to define the connotation of archives culture, gradually seek concept of archives culture, enrich the cultural connotation of archives, widely recognized archives culture; based on the current status of Archives Culture Construction in Yunnan Province, to explore the basic context of the development of Chinas files, and to explore the deletion process archives and cultural construction, summarize the implementation path the mechanism of the basic functions of file culture conditions and social culture; through the study of Yunnan province archives management of social practice thinking and the present situation of the construction of archives culture, combined with the future development trend of archives work, promote archival functions, ba
