论秘书办公的协同性
摘 要
企业办公室秘书人员工作在领导中枢,负有沟通上下左右关系的责任,面
对新的形势,秘书就应该发挥纽带和桥梁作用,主动协调部门行动,理顺关系
,统一思想和工作目标,使各部门在整体工作中同心协力,相互补充配合,优
化内部资源,形成合力,从而促进企业机关职能作用更好地发挥。 如今,随着
社会的快速发展,交往的日益频繁,秘书的工作日益多元化。秘书要及时完成
本职工作,在日常工作中进行协同办公是很重要的。在秘书工作中,秘书要与
人保持协同的关系,即保持与领导、同事和单位以外人员的协同性,还要与工
具和政策保持协同关系。本文对秘书办公的协同性作简要的探讨和分析,并针
对人与人、人与工具和人与政策这三个方面的协同性进行阐述并提出一些粗略
的建议。
